Vandaag langs geweest i.v.m. scheur in het scherm van mijn laptop. De vriendelijke... medewerker had het probleem direct onderzocht. Door de Touch screen functie uit te zetten, maakte hij dat ik direct weer kan werken met de laptop. De prijzen voor eventuele volledige vervanging heeft hij opgezocht, maar zijn vrij hoog. Gezien de leeftijd van mijn laptop is het waarschijnlijk beter om dat geld te investeren in een andere laptop. Eerlijk advies en hart voor de zaak. Voor de snelle service hoefde ik niet te betalen.
